No. Each paper is a single file that opens in any web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. No login, and no internet needed once it's downloaded.
How do I receive the paper after paying?
It's a digital download, so there's no meet-up. The files are sent to you by email or Carousell chat, usually within a few hours.
